Payment

What is the product's expiry date?
RED SUN’s products have a shelf-life of 3 years. Products selling at retail price are guaranteed to have at least 1 year of shelf-life left.

*Clearance products are excluded. In such cases, expiry date will be clearly stated for customers’ consideration before purchase.
Where are the products made?
While 'RED SUN' is a Singapore brand, supplements & health products carrying ‘RED SUN’ branding are all made in Japan through reputable manufacturers with atleast 50 years of experience. This dual origin offers the benefits of stringent regulations from both Singapore and Japan, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and efficacy for all supplements and health products carrying the ‘RED SUN’ branding.
Is the product suitable for vegetarian?
Our products with vegecapsules, such as RED SUN GinGold and RED SUN Cholesser, are suitable for vegetarians. Additionally, both RED SUN Japan Chlorella and RED SUN Japan Spirulina are also suitable for vegetarians.
Can the supplements I purchased be consumed together?
In general, it is safe to consume supplements together. However, we recommend consuming them at least two hours apart from taking any medication. This will help ensure that your body can adequately absorb and utilize the nutrients present in both supplements and medications, avoiding any potential interactions between them.
How long should I consume the supplement for?
Maintaining good health is a long-term commitment that requires consistent, frequent, and regular attention. We recommend consuming our products for at least three months as a starting point and monitoring any improvements during this period. After three months, you may wish to continue taking our products for their effectiveness.

It is essential to keep in mind that each individual's body condition is unique, and hence, the rate of absorption of our products may vary. As a result, the time taken to observe improvements may also differ between individuals.
Are RED SUN's products certify by Health Authority of Singapore (HSA)?
Regarding HSA's control of Health Supplements as stated on the HSA's website:

"Health supplements are not subject to approvals and licensing by HSA for their importation, manufacture, and sales. HSA strictly prohibits the addition of medicinal ingredients, such as steroids, in health supplements. Additionally, HSA sets stringent limits on toxic heavy metals in these products. Dealers (importers, manufacturers, wholesale dealers, and sellers) have the obligation to ensure that their products are not harmful or unsafe and that they comply with the following guidelines before supplying health supplements into Singapore."

As HSA does not provide any certification, please note that RED SUN products are not certified by HSA. It is our duty and responsibility to ensure that the products we import align with HSA's regulations. We are also required to declare the imported product's ingredients to customs. These imported products are subject to random checks by HSA to ensure compliance. In the event that any products are found to not meet HSA's regulations, the importer will be subjected to fines.

Therefore, it is advisable to purchase your health supplements from reputable brands. RED SUN has been operating in the market for nearly 30 years without any fines imposed by HSA. You can trust that we strictly adhere to HSA's regulations.
How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
After successfully placing your order, you will be provided with an order number, and a confirmation email containing your order summary will be sent to the email address you have provided. Please ensure that you have provided a valid email address. If you do not receive the confirmation email within a reasonable time, please check your spam or junk folder. Alternatively, you can log in to your account and navigate to the "Order" section to check the status of your order.
How is an order processed?
Upon successful checkout, the order will be received by our system. Orders that have been fully paid will be promptly processed within the same day or the subsequent working day, taking into consideration the order placement time.

Subsequently, every item in the order undergoes a meticulous 3-stage quality assurance process before being carefully packed for delivery or shipping. Upon completion of the packing process, the order is scheduled for delivery, and a tracking email is dispatched to you for easy monitoring of the delivery progress. Upon successful delivery, the order is deemed fulfilled.
When will my order be shipped?
Please be assured that we prioritize prompt processing of orders and strive to schedule delivery or shipping at the earliest available slot. However, we would like to highlight that certain logistical factors such as late pickups may be beyond our control. Nonetheless, we endeavor to ship out orders within a reasonable timeframe of 1-3 working days, barring any unforeseen circumstances.
What if I have a problem with my order?

Please include your order number or any relevant information that would enable us to identify your order. Our team will be more than happy to provide you with the necessary assistance tailored to your specific needs.
Can I cancel my order?
Cancellation of an order is permissible only before it has been processed. Processed orders, on the other hand, cannot be cancelled since the delivery arrangements have already been made. Any fees incurred, such as credit card charges, will be deducted from the refund amount.

Kindly note that we aim to process orders promptly, and therefore, we suggest that you inform us of any cancellation requests as soon as possible. This will help us to address your concern and take the necessary action without undue delay.
Can I return or exchange my ordered products?
We only accept returns or exchanges of products in the following circumstances: 
  1. Product delivered is not what you ordered, or does not correspond with its description on the website on the date of purchase. 
  2. Product delivered is expired or damaged.
For other requests, we assess each them on a case-by-case basis to ensure that we cater to your needs effectively. Please go through our Exchange Policy for more details. We reserve the right to reject any unreasonable exchange requests.

Singapore Orders

How much is the delivery fee?
Free delivery will be included with any purchase totaling $50 and above, as a token of our gratitude for your patronage. 

In case the order is below $50, delivery charges of $4 will be applicable.
How can I track my on-delivery order?
Once we have made the necessary delivery arrangements, a tracking email will be sent to you, providing you with details on your order's delivery status.  

International Orders

How much is the shipping fee?
International shipping fee is subject to variation based on factors such as the destination country, weight, and dimensions of the parcel. To obtain an accurate estimate of the shipping fee for the product(s) in your cart, you can make use of our Shipping Calculator on our website. This tool will help you determine the exact shipping cost that you will need to pay before completing your purchase.
What are the costs involved for international order?
Shipping cost: This is the cost of shipping the product(s) to your country of residence, which may vary depending on factors such as the destination country, weight, and dimensions of the parcel.

Import taxes, duties: These fees are levied by the customs department of your country and must be paid before you can receive your order if it exceeds a certain purchase value. Each country has its own regulations regarding import taxes, and as such, they are not included in our shipping fee.

How can I determine the estimated import taxes and duties to be paid?
Our system will estimate the taxes payable, if any, during the checkout process. You can opt to reduce your cart value or place multiple orders to manage the cost of import taxes.

What are the Limitations for International Orders?
Shipping restrictions: Certain products may not be allowed to be shipped to certain countries due to regulations or other restrictions. Please check that your country is able to receive the product (health supplements/products) you ordered. 

Quantity restrictions: There may also be limitations on the maximum quantity of products that can be shipped to certain countries. These limitations may be imposed by customs regulations or other restrictions. Please refer to the details in International Shipping for country-specific restrictions.
How can I track my order?
Once we have made the necessary shipping arrangements, a tracking email will be sent to you, providing you with details on your order's shipping status. 
What are the available payment methods?
We currently accept payments from major credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and UnionPay. PayPal and PayNow (Singapore only) are available as well.
