Please note that we only accept returns and exchanges of items based on the following requirements:
- Product delivered is not what you ordered, or does not correspond with its description the website on the date of purchase; or
- Product delivered is expired or damaged.
You may only return products that are:
- unconsumed, unused, unworn, undamaged and unwashed;
- in their original packaging;
- unopened and unmarked; and
- returned as a whole and not broken into parts.
For health & hygiene reasons, some products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

To request for a product return please contact RedSun within seven (7) business days of receiving the product at your delivery address. Upon receipt of your request, our team will review your return request and at RedSun’s sole discretion, decide to :
- replace the product with a new item;
- give you a full refund for the product;
- credit your account with the value of the product; or
- inform you that your product is not eligible for return.
For returns to be valid, items purchased must be mailed back within 7 days of receipt (14 days for international customers).
All additional shipping fees must be paid by the customers.
