Shipping Policy

Local Delivery (Singapore)

We do deliver to any address in Singapore. This following are excluded: airports, offshore islands, Jurong islands, military installations, ports, construction sites. We do not deliver to PO boxes as well.

Upon order confirmation, we will schedule the earliest slot possible for delivery. For local orders, orders will be delivered within 1-3 working days* (May differ due to unforeseen circumstances).

Free Delivery for orders with supplements

Any orders with supplement will be eligible for free local delivery, no minimum amount required. Delivery will be completed by our partnering courier or in-house delivery depending on our in-house delivery schedule. The decision is also made with consideration for the fastest time for orders to reach customers.

Free Delivery for orders over $50

For orders not inclusive of supplements, such as Tea products, Personal Care products, a minimum purchase of $50 is required to be eligible for free local delivery. For orders below $50, a delivery fee of $5 will be charged.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping via SingPost Registered Mail. Orders will be shipped out within 1-2 working days. Customers would receive an email with a tracking number for the parcel from us once order is shipped.

Shipping Charges & Estimated Shipping Time

Shipping charges are calculated based on destination and weight. A chargeable delivery fee will be shown during the checkout process.

Following is an estimated shipping time for respective countries. For countries not listed, based on SingPost website, an estimation of 14 working days are required for shipping.

Note:

** Delivery times are only estimates (during normal circumstances) and may/ may not be the actual delivery standard experienced.

** Any delay at the destination countries is beyond the control of Singapore Post.

** Estimated delivery time applies only to the major cities/ office of mail exchange. Please allow more time for destinations beyond that.

** During festive periods delivery may take another 10 working days on top of the above estimated delivery time.

Duties & Taxes

There may be duties and taxes imposed on shipped parcel. As duties and taxes vary from country to country, they are not reflected in our delivery charges during checkout. Duties and Taxes shall be beared by receiver. We are not responsible for the duties and taxes that may be imposed on your order. Please consider this before placing an order.

Shipping Restrictions

Please ensure that destination Country allows import of supplement products. Customers shall be responsible in ensuring before placing an order. If parcel is rejected by destination Country’s custom and is returned to us, a refund will be made to you. The amount to be refunded will deduct return shipping charges, payment gateway charges, any fees to be paid assessed by destination country plus any other charges incurred.

Damages or Lost

Your order is considered fulfilled once we pass on the parcel to the courier. In the unlikely event that your order is lost, or damaged in transit, we will refer the issue to the courier. For damages, please provide a description of the damage, a photograph and delivery receipt to us via email at contactus@redsunproducts.com and we will assist you in getting a refund (refund may not be in full amount) from there.
