Before packaging, we carefully inspect the condition of the products and ship them to you.
If you would like to request an exchange after receiving the products, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the products at your designated delivery address.
All exchange requests will be carefully reviewed by our team to assess their eligibility. If your exchange request is approved our customer service team will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with your exchange.
We reserve the right to reject any unreasonable exchange requests.
We accept exchanges unconditionally of items based on the following requirements (in its original purchased condition, unopened, and unmarked):
- Product delivered is not what you ordered, or does not correspond with its description on the website on the date of purchase.
- Product delivered is expired or damaged.
If you're not eligible for an exchange under the above scenarios, exchange is only possible if:
- Product is deemed safe to exchange. For health and hygiene reasons, some products are non-exchangeable. Please contact us to check if a specific item can be exchanged.
- Unconsumed, unused, and undamaged.
- In their original packaging.
- Unopened and unmarked.
- Returned as a whole and not broken into parts.
Additional Costs for Non-guaranteed Exchange
Any additional costs for non-guaranteed exchange incurred must be paid by the customer, including but not limited to to-and-fro shipping fees. Instructions will be provided on how to proceed with your exchange and any associated costs.
